They're Going. Are You?

Hacks. Hunters. They visit Albany, filling the halls with activists and advocates, lobbying our state officials against animal rights. It's our job to make sure animals have a voice at the seat of government -- And April 17th is the day to do it!

You can RSVP for Humane Lobby Day HEREWe are partnering with the Humane Society of the United States for a state-wide Humane Lobby Day in Albany on April 17, 2013! It's a chance for animal rights to take center stage in front of our lawmakers. The Hunters and the Hacks speak with one voice. So must we.

WHEN: Wednesday, April 17, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
WHERE: Empire State Plaza Convention Center: Meeting Rooms 1 & 2
Albany, NY 12223

We have charter buses ready to transport people from NYC at 7:30 AM, or you can make your own way to Albany.

Either way, we need you there! Help us show New York has a heart when it comes to animals! The carriage horses remain the central issue for NYCLASS, but our Humane Lobby Day will be an opportunity for us to advocate for a more animal friendly city all around -- pushing for stiffer penalties for animal abusers and bans on puppy mills, shark finning, pig gestation crates, canned hunting and tail docking.

Can the animals of New York count on you to be there? Sign up to join us in Albany on April 17th now!

We'll be there.
