Since Norman the 14-year-old horse collapsed art 2:00 AM in the middle of the street, the NYPD has started enforcing the existing "no standing zone" parking rules, preventing the drivers from staging carriage horse rides in certain areas along Central Park South.

By contrast, Mayor Bill de Blasio has not even said anything about Norman. Despite pledging to get the horses off the streets, he has done nothing to protect them.

Let's thank the NYPD for their efforts to keep horses safe and demand Bill de Blasio step up to do the same!
