What: Dozens of NYCLASS supporters will protest a local designer's use of unsafe and inhumane horse carriages for an outdoor fashion show on dangerous midtown streets tonight. They will gather during Victor de Souza's "horse carriage fashion show" to call for a ban on the carriages in New York City.
