Please join NYCLASS as we speak to City Council Members about the horse carriage ban outside of City Hall.  We will be gathering on the steps of City Hall on Tuesday, September 23rd at 1:00pm to greet the representatives as they walk into the building to attend the Stated Meeting.  It is a wonderful opportunity to show how passionate the residents of NYC are about retiring the horses to loving homes.

We are so close to our goal, but it is extremely important that animal advocates work together and show our elected officials that the people of NYC want the horses off of the streets as soon as possible.
