Sean Casey Animal Rescue's annual Howl-O-Ween Bark Block Party is a community event that is attended by many Brooklyn animal lovers.  This is a great opportunity for us to support the great work of SCAR, meet lots of fellow compassionate New Yorkers, and ask them to support a ban on cruel horse drawn carriages in NYC.
