I agree with Noah Cyrus - carriage horses don't belong on the dangerous streets of Manhattan. Horses do not belong in a congested, urban setting where they constantly breathe exhaust in dangerous traffic. There have been more than 18 accidents in the past two years. The horses live in tiny stable stalls, with no access to green pastures. I love NYC, but the inhumane, outdated carriage horse industry needs to end. I support retiring the horse drawn carriages and replacing them with humane, sustainable electric vintage-replica tour cars proposed in the NYC Council bill, Intro 86A.
