Meet Former Sniper Turned Animal Protector, Damien Mander

Damien Mander is a former Royal Australian Navy clearance diver and special operations sniper.

Upon leaving Iraq in 2008, Damien put his life and life savings on the line to found the International Anti-Poaching Foundation. Dedicated to protecting rhino and elephant from the brutal onslaught and massacre by militant poaching operatives, IAPF employs military technology and strategies to curb poaching while protecting the ecosystems that support a vast array of wildlife.

Please join us for this rare opportunity to meet Damien and hear about his inspiring work in helping to protect up to 40% of the worlds rhinos along the South African & Mozambique border.

Damien and the IAPF have featured in National Geographic Magazine, twice on 60 Minutes and TEDx, Voice of America, Animal Planet, The Project, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Al Jazeera, ABC, and The Sunday Times to name a few.
