What: NYCLASS, the leading group seeking to remove horse carriages from NYC streets, will gather petitions in support of the cause in the Bronx this evening. Supporters will collect signatures in City Councilman Andy King's City district to support Mayor de Blasio's efforts to ban the unsafe and inhumane carriages.
