This week we learned that a carriage driver has falsified records in order to force Ceasar the horse to continue working into old age despite serious health issues. The driver already had a past history of dangerous carriage horse incidents and now we’re hosting a protest outside the stable. We’ll be asking the question “Where’s Ceasar?” and demanding a swift end to this tragic abuse.
