This program will feature a discussion by Kathy Stevens, Founder of Catskill Animal Sanctuary, regarding farm animal rescue, prosecution of farm animal cruelty, and public education regarding the animal welfare, public health and environmental impacts of animal agriculture, and will include an examination of the laws relating to the treatment of farmed animals. Books are available for purchase and signing.
