Please join us this Friday, June 12th from12pm-2pm at Central Park South between 6th and 7th Avenues to hand out leaflets urging tourists not to take carriage rides this summer! We'll be launching a new website, NoRide.nyc to tell tourists "don't get taken for a ride" by the dangerous horse carriages.
We're so close to reaching our goal and passing Intro 573, the bill to ban horse carriages, but we need your help to keep informing the public that horse carriages are not only inhumane and cruel, but incredibly dangerous for those who take a ride.
