Drugging and Working Sick Carriage Horses?

On August 8, 2018, New York City horse-drawn carriage industry spokesperson Christina Hansen bragged on Twitter that she apparently treated their heave-y horse horses in hot weather" with the equine drug Ventipulmin (Clenbuterol). These tweets were in response to NYCLASS tweeting out a video of a carriage horse being worked while in respiratory heat stress during severe heat and humidity.
