City Council Hearing and Rally for Carriage Horses

This Friday, January 22nd, there will be a City Council hearing on the newly proposed plan to restrict the carriage horses. We need YOU to be a voice for the carriage horses. It is so important for the City Council to hear from New Yorkers from all walks of life who care deeply about the horses. The Council needs to know that the horses have advocates in every neighborhood of the city!

The hearing will begin at 10AM inside City Hall, but you should arrive at 9AM since there will be crowds. If you'd like to testify, make your talk 1-2 minutes long. If you don't want to testify, please come just to show support -- we need a big crowd!

The rally will begin at 12PM on the steps of City Hall -- please be there! We will have signs for everyone.
