PROTEST NY Horse Racing Abuse at Belmont Stakes, June 5th!

New York Protest Alert

Join NYCLASS, Horseracing Wrongs, PETA, and many others at Belmont Race Track on Saturday, June 5th from 11am-2pm to protest the cruel and deadly Belmont Stakes races happening that day! We will also be urging our New York elected officials to defund the $250 MILLION dollars in New York subsidies yearly that prop up the constant animal abuse, forced doping, and deaths on New York tracks in the horse racing industry. Our coalition effort is focused on rescinding and redirecting these subsidies away from horse racing cruelty to much better sources, like funding education and healthcare.

Another horse was horrifically killed racing at Belmont racetrack yesterday - bringing the recent death toll at Belmont to 22 horses in just the past few months! Raced to death - this torture must end. Join us on June 5th at Belmont as we speak out to END this cruelty on their biggest racing day of the year.  Posters will be provided.

The world will be watching. Help us make history  for the horses by making this the BIGGEST protest ever at Belmont! We will be gathering outside of Gate 5 at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont - at Belmont Race Track - at 11am and we will continue protesting until 2pm. Please stand with us and use your voice to help END horse racing cruelty in New York!
