Join NYCLASS to help petition City Council! We want to show Queens Council Members how passionate humane voters are about finally banning the horse drawn carriages. We will be meeting Saturday, August 9th at 11AM in front of the Chase Bank at 25-15 Queens Plaza N to speak with fellow animal lovers about the issue.
