WHAT: On the day Mayor de Blasio's horse carriage ban legislation will be introduced, NYCLASS and other animal rights groups will rally at City Hall in support of the bill. The diverse animal rights coalition will kickoff a joint effort encouraging the City Council to pass the Mayor's proposal to end the unsafe and inhumane carriage horse industry in New York City.
