Pardon the Horses, Mr. President

Every year, our President pardons two turkeys for Thanksgiving. These birds are spared the cruel fate of millions of other birds who end up on the dinner table for the annual American feast. Instead, these two lucky birds live out their days at an animal sanctuary.

THIS year, we're asking President Obama to pardon something bigger – the NYC carriage horses! We believe – and I know you do, too! – that our horses are just as deserving of a pardon this year as the turkeys, and that a grassy animal sanctuary is the perfect place for them to go after all the abuse they've been through.
